Five Steps to a New Career
Application
Complete our online application and interview process. We review your background, goals, and readiness.
Skills Assessment
We'll evaluate your background, goals, and readiness for field work — no prior experience required.
Hands-On Training
Selected participants work alongside experienced Fiber Technicians in live production environments.
Performance Evaluation
Trainers evaluate safety, attendance, professionalism, work quality, and ability to learn.
Career Placement
Successful participants may be offered opportunities on active NVITS projects across the United States.
